Can't reply to text

Hi

I recently joined virgin media, my install date is this Friday, an engineer is coming out to do my installation. 

Virgin have text me twice to ensure that installation date is still ok, I have no credit to reply, I'm supposed to reply with yes or no. 

I tried going onto my virgin account hub to see if there's any options but can't get onto that yet either!

Help, I don't want to miss my installation date!

PM me your details and I will add a note to your account.

Virgin will still attend if they receive a text or not. Imagine how many people sign up with the incorrect phone number.
