Can't register to online account

I have been trying for weeks to register for an online account. I enter my last name, account number, reference number and it just won't let me do it. I've been with Virgin for a few years now.

Spent a huge amount of time with Virgin chats being bounced from one department to the next but yet no answer.

Can you please help!?

Hi instead of inputting your last name have you tried entering your email address as this is usually your identity. Regards Micky

Thank you for your reply. It does say "Enter account's holder last name" but I just tried the email address anyway and it's not working either 😞
