Can't register for online account

Hi, I'm unable to register an account with virgin mobile. I have spoken to one of the customer service team but they were unable to help. When I try to register, I keep getting this message and unable to proceed.

Password rules have been followed and I see the green tick next to both password boxes. Please help!

I'm very sorry to hear this and I can assure you this isn't the level of service we aim to provide. 

Have you been able to set up the online account since your post?
