Can't register for My Virgin

Hi,

I set up broadband in September but when I go to https://my.virginmedia.com/create-profile/register and enter my surname, account number and area reference code (from billing emails) it says "The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again." I have tried many things (eg different browsers and surnames) but nothing works. 

The account was set up by a student brand ambassador and he couldn't create an account for me either.

I'm sorry for the late reply, have you been able to set up an online account since posting?

 

Have you made sure the account number has 9 numbers?

It still doesn't work and yes my account number has 9 digits.

What can I do to get a My Virgin Account in this case?
