My new Virgin media connection went live four days ago and all seems to be OK so far. However, I cannot register online for my Virgin media. I just receive the message below:
We're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.
Please come back and try again later"
Still can't register for My Virgin Media. Now getting a different error:
Oops, something's brokenWe're sorry this isn't the page you wanted.This part of the site isn't working at the moment, but it'll be up and running again soon.

I raised a ticket with technical support on Tuesday but the issue is still unresolved.
