Can't login to connect app

I'm trying to login to the connect app with my online details and it won't work. I can login to My Virgin no problem. Any ideas?

Hi, I helped a customer with this yesterday. They had the same issue.

eventually we tried in installing, and re installing/logging back into the app successfully. 
worth a try.

But if it works on My Virgin surely it's not a problem with the password?

I would suggest re installing app and restart mobile

I am sorry to hear that removing and reinstalling the application has not fixed the issue. 

 

Can you please let me know what happens when you try to login, is there any kind of error message?

Do you have any login problems with any other Virgin app and is the phone up to date in regards to software?
