Can't get set up at new house as previous owner still has active connection
We bought a new house and moved in on Monday. We've been told we can't get setup and need to wait for the previous owner to cancel it but the previous owner was an elderly lady that has moved in with her daughter and is proving difficult to get them to sort it. We desperately need it setup as we both work from home! We've been told the previous owner's son thought they cancelled in back in January and contact Virgin last week but didn't have the security password...
