Hi, we just moved in to our new house and have been trying for two days to get broadband set up. We followed the Quick Start guide but nothing happened. We then called VM for help and were put through to the ‘move’ team but were cut off twice having waited on hold for almost 1 hour each time and spoken to no one. The next time we called, the VM guy didn’t know what to do so asked us to try calling a number which was the same number we had just called him on! He then put us through to the ‘move’ team who never answered – we were on hold for almost an hour again! In the end, as it was past 7pm, we realised that no one cared enough to answer our call so hung up. We have homeschooling to sort out, one at college and three people who are working from home. Plus, it’d be nice just to be able to watch TV for a bit after unpacking boxes.
