Can't find wifi

Recently installed virgin broadband at my address, but the wifi id doesn't show up as an option despite the white light being on on my hub 3

Sorry to hear you are not able to see the WIFI Network ID

Do you have the information displayed on the back of the Hub?

If so can you try a pinhole reset please and let me know how you get on.
