Hi, I’m trying to use the Virgin Media Connect App but it’s saying it can not find my hub. I’m currently connected to it on all devices and it seems to be working fine. I’ve tried rebooting the hub and uninstalling the app and reinstalling but to no avail.

There is an known issue affecting a small number of users and the Connect app. VM are working on a solution.
