Can’t find account number

I’ve recently signed up for a wi fi contract however my welcome email doesn’t contain an account number and I am yet to have my first bill paid so I can’t find it there, is there anywhere I can get hold of my account number? 
I’ve tried phoning customer service but I need an account number just to chat to somebody, thanks.
