Can’t create an account to contact someone

Just joined

I’ve signed up to start a broadband contract and I need to contact regarding the delivery date but I can’t access any of the contact/web chat/emails without a Virgin account but I can set up an account without an account number that has not been provided on my contract sheet


Trouble shooter

You could try the pre installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 from your name & address they should find your order.
