Hi,
I’ve just signed up for virgin media broadband (due to be installed today) but when I go to create a virgin media account (to track order and sort my details) all I get is the page:
“we’re sorry to see you go.
Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media.”
I am using the email address I used when purchasing broadband. I may have used this account for virgin media in the past but that was a very long time again (over 10 years?).
Can someone please help resolve asap.
