Can’t connect

I am a new Virgin Media customer and the cord that I received to insert into the socket in my wall is too big and doesn’t fit. I have been unable to connect for days now. Please let me know who I can talk to you/where to go for help regarding this issue. Thanks!

Re: Can’t connect

Hello

Looking at your first Picture it looks like that you are connecting the cable into something that is not Virginmedia kit, that connector has to go direct into a VM splitter or directly to the hub that was supplied.

Please explain what you are trying to do as only VM equipment should be connected to the cable.

Regards Mike

Re: Can’t connect

This was the only equipment that was provided to me, so I am not sure where else to plug it into

Re: Can’t connect

Hello

So from what you have said is that you have no internal Virginmedia, NTL World, Blueyonder branded wall socket, if there isnt one could that the somebody has removed prior to you moving in you are going to need an engineer to fit it.

Regards Mike

Re: Can’t connect

I found this, but it is the incorrect socket, I presume I still need an engineer to help? Thank you for your insight 59E6F2C5-16F1-4CFA-8987-49E9D6E19B52.jpeg83A6223A-887A-4E17-831A-D7CFD4611936.jpeg

Where does that white cable in your second picture run to?
