I have been waiting to change ISP from BT to Virgin for some time now. We were originally going to have an engineer appointment in late October, but this got delayed to mid November. This appointment then got delayed to Tuesday 15th December.
The trouble is that I cannot do that day due to other commitments and I cannot reschedule the appointment through the website. Whenever I try to do this, I get an error saying "We're sorry, an error has occurred while trying to retrieve the order details. Please try again after some time." I also cannot find a customer service number anywhere on the website to get support. I just keep getting directed to this "Reschedule" system which doesn't work.
Is there anything I can do to fix this issue as I am worried that I won't be able to change the appointment and I will get charged when the engineer turns up and I'm not there?
