Can someone at virgin sort this out.

Hi

Im getting a few of these errors and noise is on the line from it.

RCS Partial Service

when i turn the hub off the primary downstream channel changes all the time and i feel this is effecting online gaming.

cannot comment on the network log as dont understand them but there is nothing wrong with the levels - post the second screen from the downstream to show the noise you say there is

Can you explain a bit more clearly? 

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with those last figures you posted. How long had it been since you last reset the Hub?

so i turned hub off other night and last night again noise with the same error so looked on my tbb graph and theres a big yellow spike at the time of the error comes on so its could be a downstream problem.

see at 1am spike thens when noise hits and post rs errors go up! this is a network fault! This has also done this to me when gaming online and i lag so bad for a few seconds.

Since posting this on here and me going on about the upstreams they have stopped moving around like they have for the past 4 months or so!

when turn the hub off why does it pick up another primary downstream channel i always thought it was the same primary downstream it locked on to?

I've had a look at your network details and I'm unable to find any errors or anything out of the ordinary that may be a cause for concern RockerSBM. 

 

Are you having issues during different usages such as streaming for example or playing games on completely different servers?

 

Also do you have anything else plugged into your Hub? If so, can you unplug it to see if there is a difference?
