Can not self install

I have just received my VM stuff to self install and on doing so I have no box to connect to. Outside I have a brown box on the wall with a cut wire in it just dangling.

You need to call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
