Can never speak to a supervisor

Trying to speak to a pre install supervisor but I get call disconnected while on hold or no call back? Every time. Any help?

Is this the number you are calling?   Pre installations 0800 052 1734

If so there is no alternative number, VM deliberately make it hard to contact anyone.

If you hold on, a forum staff member may pick this up but even they don't have much influence with installations.

Unfortunately I’m going through the same loop. The build support number was for employees only. It’s a joke they just put the phone down. I think I’ll just cancel.
