Hi the outer cover of my brown external omnibox is broken, happy to fit new cover myself as an engineer - is it possible to send me a new box please (be good to have new backplate as well) ?

I think (going on past posts) Virgin Media arrange for an engineer to come and do this. I dont think they send the brown boxes out for end users to install

Please post a photo of the box, as this will allow VM to get the correct parts to the technician for repair.
