Anybody in the Camberley area having issues with their internet service since Virgin carried out essential works on Monday 12 April 2021? My internet was perfect before they did the work but now I am having nothing but trouble and being dropped out of the internet every 30 minutes up to 2 hourly or so! I have rebooted several times but it does not improve anything. I recently kicked Vodafone into the long grass due to a poor service. I hope I am not going to regret having signed up with Virgin now! I’m not going to tolerate this crap for much longer. I have only been with Virgin several months now and I’m not impressed with what has happened to my service since Monday!

Is the problem still outstanding? To check, as well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
