Thank you for your interest in joining us, I’m sure it will be worth the wait.
From the point of digging the road to actually switching on the service it is normally at least six months. There are many other parts of the build that need to be completed to ensure everything works as it should. I am more than happy to take your details and let you know once the system is live in your area. I will drop you a private message and hopefully will be able to get you on as quick as possible.

is there any chance this 6 months could be shorter? As the internet is this area is dreadful and lots of the neighbours also would like to switch to virgin media
Basically we all need faster speeds for internet as quick as possible
The street ducting is just the first part of a long process, paticularly if the network build is in a totally new area. Headend equipment has to be installed & tested, followed by the cabinet equipment which all has to be balanced so that when customer equipment is installed it will all work as it should.
