Cable to Socket connection

Hi

I was wondering if a cable coupler like this one  https://www.diy.com/departments/tristar-data-cable-coupler/571706_BQ.prd

would make the Virgin push cable fit better into this socket (which is a screw-in). The Wifi's working but it feels there should be a better way to secure it, and not have to worry about disconnecting everytime I accidently step on the cable.

Thanks

Re: Cable to Socket connection

1) That’s no good it a female to female connector, you would need a female to male connector which is not made.

2) The cable should push on firmly and not be easy to pull off

3) VM’s T&C do not allow any modification to the cabling.

You could use a cable clip to secure it to the wall if you like.
