I’m getting VM installed into the flat I’ve just moved into, and they said that since the previous owners had cut the cable, they need to do a cable repull. I have no idea what that actually consists of, and since my flat is internally wired I don’t know what will happen. They have apparently got the permits and will be coming to do external work on 8th March so if anyone could give me some clarification that would be really appreciated. Thanks.
Hi unfortunately cable repulls are an unknown issue, with dates constantly moving as this is carried out by contractors, so virgin themselves will not know until the work is done, check the many posts on here regarding this. Regards Micky
