Cable my Street Registration being ignored (4 years)
After 4 years of registering for Virgin Media 'Cable My Street' programme (early 2018 when I knew about the programme), I have not had an update if it is either being discussed about nor it is being installed. We have Virgin Media all around town and our street, to my knowledge, is the only one without virgin media services. I have checked the street next to us and it has dozens of Virgin Media cabinets on the street. So why is it taking so long for Virgin Media to be installed as we could just be connected to the adjacent street?
Please can a Virgin Media employee get back to me so I can explain why this is happening.
