Cable installation

I’ve been promised a cable installation on 9th feb but it’s been postponed to the next day for the past week. I’ve waited for installation from the original date 1st feb so it’s been 2 weeks with no WiFi and when I reach the pre-Installation team they just say it’ll be done tomorrow for the 5th day rolling. There’s no way we can go without WiFi for another 2 weeks and no solution whatsoever been provided

You could purchase a 4G sim card to use whilst you are waiting for your services to be installed. They could be installed tomorrow, next week or next month, or if it's a construction issue there could be an 8 week delay, but that would typically show up on your account as an undetermined date so it's unlikely that. Note that BT have suspended all installations until at least March. With VM things are just going a little slower than usual due to lack of staff.
