Cable installation


An engineer came to my property on Friday to set up my broadband and TV boxes but the external cable wasn't installed correctly.  The engineer said he would speak with his colleague and get back to me but he left and never came back, nor did he get back in touch.  I have tried calling your main phone number but it just hangs up on me hence this message.  Could one of the virgin media reps on here pls get in touch asap so I can find out what is going on? I've been waiting for the install to be completed for a few months now, this is the third engineer who has been out to me and not sorted it.
