Cable installation in non-standard, i.e. not a house, property.

Hi all,

A club that I am a member of are thinking not getting Virgin broadband. My question relates to installation of the cable, as we would want the connection to be to a village hall, i.e. not a normal house. The relevant 'help' says that a technician install costs £30, but makes no mention of any issues arising if the installation is more  problematic that normal.
The village hall is adjacent to a road but it doesn't have a garden, so the cable would need to go across a paved area.

Any advice appreciated.  I can't find any 'Help' topic that addresses this point, and Virgin seem not to have any way of asking this question directly of customer services.

John

Hi there

Let me assist with this,

I think by having a site survey that would be the best option then we can see whats the best way around this.

I'll pop over a private message to further assist with this

Thanks
