Cable doesn’t fit

New Hub3, and I’m having trouble with both ends of the cable that are meant to fit into the Hub and into the wall socket - neither of them fit. I’ve tried my best to shove them in their respected sockets because the labels say push not screw, and zero joy

Photo needs to be small and usually .jpg files are a good choice

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your Hub cable, have you been able to to resolve this since your post? If not are you able to try and upload the photo again per Client62's advise?
