I have had a virgin media cable that runs direct into the telecoms tower go through my wall without any Wayleave agreement. When I saw what they work man did to my wall I complained only to get a mouth full of abuse from them saying there was no other way of doing it.
I am struggling to find a contact number or email to complain to.
Anyone know of where I can complain to? I am not a virgin media customer.
