Cable cut, needs fixing asap

What's the quickest way to get an engineer to fix cut cable please. I Work from home and client is not on Easter break!

  • Fix it yourself (Not condoned).
  • Call VM to arrange an engineer visit.

Hi an engineer visit will be required for this also as this has been "cut" there will be a £25 non fault call out fee, phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route.Regards Micky

I'm sorry to hear of the damage to your cable. I have tried to locate you on our system but cannot with your forum profile.

Have you been able to speak to the team since you posted to get a technician visit arranged?
