Cable connection outages

I keep having broadband outages on my connection - I know there are issues currently being work on in my area - but was told to post here for a possible solution.

I'm intrigued, but not sure what the expected outcome is.

You can check on local work by phoning 0800 561 0061 . There's no 'possible solution' available here, unfortunately, Your BQM does show dropouts and lost packets, which might be due to this work.

Yes, sorry, I know sadly.

The twitter account asked me to post here, I assume in the hopes the a "Brazil" style engineer would come out and fix my cable connection.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection, I have looked into this and can see problems with your downstream power levels, the issue is that the power levels are too high for a solid and stable connection, this is happening across all of your downstream channels, this will need a technician visit to resolve the issues.  I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment.
