Cable Pull cancelled for the 3rd time

is there anyway to get straight through to the construction team?  I've just been all hold for 1 hour and then cut off.  I've spent 5 hours on the phone during the last 6 weeks trying to get this sorted but no one is bothered.  Customer service is dreadful.

You could also try the installation team they may have more info – on.. 0800 052 1734

If not call in again at 08.00

When you get through ask if there are notes on your account such as - "Awaiting confirmation from your local council" - if so that can be the reason for the delay as the await council approval to dig up the pavement to clear a blockage or similar
