Hi yes they will charge £99 as a non fault call out, but bear in mind sometimes a longer cable means the signal levels between your box and the street cabinet need adjusting which obviously only an engineer can do. Regards Micky
Yes they will, it will be covered by the £99 "non fault callout charge". That'll work out very expensive per metre.
If you're out of a fixed term contract, phone up to cancel, and the retentions agent will probably ensure you get one for free. Play your cards right, moan about "great bundle but poor value", quote a few comparable Sky prices and you'll probably get a discount as well.
