this Virgin/NTL box is situated within my mothers property in the garden. as it is an obsolete t.v. service and placed on top of drainage that needed renewing, we removed the box and noticed that there was still a live 240volt power supply going in to it, this was contained above ground in a LUCY box. We contacted western power who capped the cable below ground. we would prefer for it not to be on the property for health and safety reasons and would like to speak to somebody at Virgin to arrange a solution. we would rather not post my mothers address online. the property is in the NN4 area of Northampton(see photo for reference number of box). look forward to a reply, best regards Dodsy
