CONTACTING VIRGIN URGENTLY

How do i contact somebody at virginmedia?

for some reason my elderly inlaws have had their services disconnected as for some reason VM believe they have moving house??

As they are both in their late 70's, and isolating, this is obviously an issue we need to sort Urgently but going through the Phone lines just keeps cutting us off, call center closed!

They now have no contact with family/friends or any support so can anyone offer me some help/advice as to how to get services (phone/tv& b/band) back working so we can at least contact them
