Hello - i'm looking to buy a house which is currently connected to ultra slow ADSL broadband. One of the prerequisites of moving to this house is that we have high speed broadband. 

The house is around 40m off the main road, and we know people on the road who are currently on Virgin fibre - their houses are also substantially set back from the road. The road (track) we are on is council owned.

Is there any chance of us being able to pay for installation to this house? The owner is happy to do this and take out a contract with Virgin before we sign for the house.
