Building covered but not flats

Hi,

I really would like to join Virgin Media, however when I select my flat number in the postcode checker it looks that none of the 7 flats are covered but if I select just the building (134 Carlton Road - RH2 0JF) it says that the service is available. How is that possible? Is there any way I can have the cables wired to my flat (I would even be ok to pay for the works). I’m homeowner and with share of freehold.
