Builder cuts cabke

Does it really take over 7 days when a builder from next door cuts through a cable and you lose everything. With people working from home etc and everything is outside of building would have thought an emergency service is available

Not on a Residential package - there is no SLA.

For that you need to be on a Business package.


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
