Brown wall Box Outside of My House

Dear Virgin Media my brown box outside of my house looks broken and all the components are exposed to water (Rain). Is there any chance an engineer can supply a new box please? Can i get this fixed as soon as possible my internet has been cutting out quite frequently because of this.

Post a photo to allow VM to assess the parts needed.  A VM Mod will pick this up in a day or two.
