Brown outside box damaged

How can I get the brown box repaired or replaced?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I can see that you have spoke to a member of the team since making your post, were they able to go about helping you get the box repaired?

sadly no -  I rang Virgin. Took 2 calls but eventually a lovely lady helped me - should  be fixed  early next week. Very frustrating as all calls are these days. Your issue never seems to be including in any of their options !
