Hi there
My external brown omni box has snapped off in poor weather, so all the cabling is exposed.
please could someone message me to have an appointment booked to fix it to stop cables being damaged ?

The primary place to report faults is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
