Brown external omnibox damaged

Hi there.

As per the picture, I have noticed that the brown box on our outside wall is damaged (but the internet still seems to be working fine). Can you please help me get the box fixed?

I have arranged the appointment, and you can track your engineer appointments online. Simply sign into My Virgin Media and you’ll see your appointments on your account dashboard. However, this can take up to 24 hours to be updated.
