The brown box on the outside wall is loose held on by zip ties and the plastic strip that is covering cables from the ground floor to box is loose my next door has a upgraded slimline box can I have a replacement

That omnibox looks not too bad.  I've seen a lot worse.

However, wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up.
