Hi ,
I have paid for an engineer twice now to come out to our property to get us connected.The initial engineer wouldn’t repair the cable saying it would need a new cable running along the wall and that it would be risk repairing current cable as it’s a trip hazard .The latter had just repaired existing cable not even fixed to the wall , didn’t bother securing the brown box which Now a few weeks later has detached itself and left the cables exposed. Please can you get this sorted out for me.

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
