Brown box is broken and wires are exposed

The brown box outside my house is broken and wires are exposed. Everything is working fine but I presume that exposed wires outside isn't a good idea and the box should therefore be fixed.  Given up trying to get past the bots to talk to a human being who isn't trying to sell me something.

A VM person will respond on here in a day or two and sort iit for you.

Meanwhile post up a photo of the damage so they can assess the needs
