Hi, 

I'm a new customer and looking for a bit of help. I've had a brown box fitted to the wall whilst I was out. 

Its sooner than I thought which is great but the location is a health and safety issue as its directly below the external tap which for any potential leaks would cause me an issue

Can you advise what I need to do to have this relocated away to another part of the wall please?

Thanks for contacting us to let us know about this brown box location. It's something we certainly we would recommend is moved. I can see from our system that you have spoken to the team since posting this. Have they been able to arrange for this to be moved for you?

Hi Nathan Yes I spoke with somebody and they advised an engineer is booked for next week to look at another part of the install so should be able to relocate it then Thanks
