Hello

I have a virgin box on the front of my house and the storm last year blew the cover off.

Is there anywhere i can buy a replacement please

I'm not a virgin customer so haven't managed to speak to anyone on the phone - but all of the houses were built with this on

AFAIK you can't buy one.

However, this is VM's property and they should maintain it, as it's in their interest to do so.

Wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.
