Hi,

Im not currently a virgin media customer but the house I live in has the brown box attached at the front of the house, the front cover has come off with the bad weather we had recently and all the wires are exposed, is it possible to request a replacement cover? Slightly worried about the wires exposed the way they are. 

(I've tried to contact VM on the phone but it's proving impossible to speak to someone because I'm not a customer currently)
