Brown box broken

Hi,

The brown box at the front of my property was loosely fitted when I had virgin installed it has now come off the wall completely and I occasionally lose service for a minute.

is it possible for someone to come out and replace the box?

Post up a photo and a VM person can assess and organise a fix when they get here in a day or so.
