Hello, the brown box outside my property has been broken off (I imagine by local delinquents) and the wiring is loose. I see from other posts that Virgin can send someone to fix it. Would this be possible? And for it to perhaps be relocated to a different place. Thanks!
If it’s relocated there will be a fee of £25.
