Brown Box outside property broken

Hello, the brown box outside my property has been broken off (I imagine by local delinquents) and the wiring is loose. I see from other posts that Virgin can send someone to fix it. Would this be possible? And for it to perhaps be relocated to a different place. Thanks!

If it’s relocated there will be a fee of £25.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your query regarding the Omni box via the forums, we appreciate you raising this and welcome to the community.

 

As Tudor has advised we wouldn't be able to relocate it for free but are happy to arrange for someone to come out and repair the box. I will send you a Private message to get some more details.
